My order has been dispatched but I have not received it.
If your order has not been delivered within 4 days from the date of dispatch please contact us through eBay messaging immediately so we can track your order status and investigate with our delivery partner. If you were unavailable to receive delivery the order may have been left with a neighbour or returned to the delivery office pending further instructions.
Do I need to be present to receive delivery?
All items sent using Tracked Economy or Tracked Standard require the barcode to be scanned at point of delivery, if you are not available to take delivery your parcel this may be left with a neighbour if appropriate. If our delivery partner is unable to make delivery the order will be returned to back to the local delivery office awaiting further instructions for delivery, further delivery attempts will not be made unless requested by the customer. Please arrange re-delivery within 7 days otherwise the order will be returned to sender and will be subjected to additional charges for the parcel requiring to be resent
We accept returns on all items, no quibble and aim to make this process as easy and hassle free as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the order to us within 30 days of delivery. Please return the item in the original packaging and enclose a completed returns form to allow us to process your return swiftly. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer, We advise you to use a tracked service you can check the delivery status, we aim to process returns within 3 business days of delivery to us.
Has my payment been refunded / I can't see my refund?
When your payment has been refunded you will receive an email from PayPal to advise you a refund has been made, this email is sent to your PayPal email address. Please review the following information regarding refunds issued through PayPal.
Payments that are made through PayPal using your bank account or credit or debit card are refunded back to the card or account, it can take up to 3 working days from the date the refund is issued for it to appear on your statement. If you require confirmation regarding your refund we advise you to sign in to PayPal and view your transaction history, the payment status relating to your order will show as refunded.
